Example Private Full Day Wine Tour (8 Hours)

The full day tour typically runs from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with pickup and drop-off at your hotel or meeting point.
We will visit a maximum of three properties per day, showcasing a range of styles to provide a comprehensive understanding of Bordeaux vine growing and winemaking.
Most of our favourite properties are family-owned and produce excellent wine. We include a smaller independent producer where we can meet the winemaker, highlighting the diversity among Bordeaux’s 7000 properties.
We will visit contrasting styles, from classified properties with limestone caves to family-run wineries continuing through generations.
The tour includes time to explore the fascinating medieval town of Saint-Émilion and its charming cobbled streets.
We will also pass through Pomerol, understanding the classification and the surrounding appellations, including some of Bordeaux’s most expensive wines.
Example Private Half Day Wine Tour (4 Hours)
Saint-Émilion & Pomerol (2 to 4 people):

Saint-Émilion and Pomerol is known as 'the hill of a thousand châteaux'. The properties are small here, and many are still family-owned. We will visit two châteaux, taste their wines, and learn about this fascinating wine region. We will also pass through Pomerol, where the region’s most expensive wines are found, including Petrus.

Half day tour typically starting at 9.30am OR 2pm with pick up and drop off from the arranged meeting point and will generally last 4 hrs
We would visit two properties and taste their wines - with each tour lasting approx 1 hr with a presentation of the vineyard , guided tour of the vat room and cellars and the history of the chateau ,ending the tour with a tasting of the wine from the estate.
Time to discover the city of Saint Emilion - driving through some of the top wineries of Saint Emilion and Pomerol with your cameras at the ready for amazing sights!
Lunch options can be arranged for an additional cost for before or after the tour
